TOP names from the world of music and showbiz have been added to the line-up for this year’s T4 On The Beach.

Weston is about to be invaded by a sea of pop stars and famous faces and the event is about to explode onto the scene on July 10.
Sugababes, Far East Movement, Parade, Hard-Fi, Rizzle Kicks, Mann and Yasmin are the final acts to be added to the star-studded list for the ninth annual summer music party.
Sugababes have been working away on their new album and now they are about to come back to the music scene in style.
They will be performing their big new single Freedom for the first time exclusively for the T4 crowd and will show fans what they have been missing since their last beach performance in 2008.
Not only does T4 On The Beach have a stunning array of stars performing on stage, but the glittering list of celebrity guests just keeps on growing.
They do not come much bigger than The Hoff himself, AKA David Hasselhoff.
He will be heading down with his daughters, who have formed girl band Bella Vida.
Coronation Street babes Brooke Vincent, Sacha Parkinson and Michelle Keegan will all be swapping the cobbles for the golden sands of Weston as they join in the fun. The latter will also be cheering on fiancée Max George from The Wanted, who will be performing with his bandmates.
Meanwhile, Britain’s Got Talent runner-up Ronan Parke will also appear alongside last year’s runners-up Twist and Pulse.
Comedian Russell Kane completes the line-up of stars that will get the beach party alive and kicking.
The final few tickets are available from the Channel 4 website via www.channel4.com/t4

UK CHART toppers the Sugababes are set to perform alongside a host of well-known acts and local bands at the third installment of a charity music festival.

Cazfest, a festival to raise awareness for cardiac risk in the young will be held between 11am and 11pm on Saturday July 2 at Sworder’s Field in Bishop’s Stortford, Hertfordshire - tickets are available.

Bands already announced to appear on the main stage are include DC Effect, Reachback, Encore, S Club and The Overtones.

The festival was first held in 2009 and attracted 2,500 people while in 2010 over 3,500 people came along to help raise over £30k

The 2011 music festival will be mainly sponsored by Stansted Community Fund for the second year running.

Trustee Johnny Johnstone was delighted to receive a cheque of £3,500 from Marcella M’Rabety, corporate social responsibility manager for Stansted Airport.

Caroline Johnstone ‘Caz’ was a 17-year-old student of The Bishop’s Stortford High School studying for her “A” levels who hoped to go to Newcastle University.

On June 6, 2008, while with friends at a night club she collapsed and despite the prompt attendance of the medical services she was never able to regain consciousness and her parents took the agonising decision to turn off her life support.

Mr Johnstone, who is Caz’s father, said: “I am delighted that once again Stansted Community Fund has decided to support Cazfest through both the cash donation and the awareness day.
“We are very grateful for their support of our aims and objectives and their belief in what we are trying to do for the youth in the area.

“We very much look forward to seeing as many people as possible at the festival. Preparation is going really well and we cannot wait for the big day”.
Cazfest was established to create greater awareness of cardiac risk in the young and to finance the heart screening of Sixth Form students in Hertfordshire and Essex.

If you haven’t heard of the Sugababes then… hang on, what’s wrong with you? The Guinness Book of World Records recently named them the most successful female act of the 21st Century. They’ve had six UK number one singles and 18 top ten hits. That’s more than most acts can even dream of. They’ve won themselves six BRIT awards along the way.

Their next single Freedom with be their 28th single release and should they follow it up with an album it will be the groups eighth album. According the new deal they penned with Sony Music we can expect two more albums after that. These gorgeous girls are unstoppable, and we’re pleased, nay honoured, to have them on the beach.
